On October 10, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the eleventh training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the meaning of the concept of criminal sanctions - general reviews, punishments and its types, alternative punishments - the concept, importance and types of alternative punishments and the purpose of conditional punishment followed by a practical case.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
