October 13 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for newly appointed judges is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on the administrative Law, with trainer Mr. Hasan Shala, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: rendering the judgment, Legal remedies in administrative conflicts, appeals in the judicial administrative procedure, form and content of the appeal, extraordinary legal remedies, request for protection of legality and revision and the form and content of the request for review.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
