On October 17, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training, the thirteenth training session under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: the legal consequences of the sentence, the duration of the legal consequences of the sentence, the legal position of the convicted persons after serving the sentence, release or statute of limitations and rehabilitation.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
