On October 17, 2022, as part of the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, the seventh session of the theoretical training under the module "Professional ethics and disciplinary liabilityy" is being carried out, with the trainer engaged Mr. Jetish Maloku, Chairman of the Prosecution Council in Kosovo.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: disciplinary measures, voluntary agreement for the alleged disciplinary violation, appeals against disciplinary decisions and the publication of the decision.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors of the 9th generation, 2022/2023.
