October 18 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on the Commercial Law, with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
This training session is covering the following: invalid contracts, revocable contracts, non-fulfilment of obligations – delay, delays of the creditors, resolving of the contracts and legal effects of the contract solution.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
