On October 20, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Main trial", with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the closing argument, the giving and announcement of the judgment.
The training methodology was implemented by conducting a mock trial by the newly appointed judges in the premises of the Basic Court in Pristina.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, of which two are from the Serbian community.
