October 21 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting theoretical training from the sub-module on Commercial Law with trainer Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President in the Commercial Court.
This training session is elaborating the following: the reading and interpretation of the Kosovo Bankruptcy Law, the court's jurisdiction and legal remedies, initiation of the bankruptcy procedure, reorganization, the new concept: Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Facilities, the new concept: Individual Release and liquidation.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
