On October 24, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for newly appointed prosecutors, is conducting the theoretical training, the ninth training session under the "Criminal Code-special part" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the illegal construction or management of factories and installations that pollute the environment, the assessment of the impact of projects on the environment, the provision of veterinary assistance in an unconscionable manner, the illegal exercise of veterinary services and mistreatment of animals and contamination of animal feed and water
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
