On October 24, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Criminal Report" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Valdet Gashi, Prosecutor in the Special Prosecutor of Kosovo.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: how the commission of a criminal offense is reported, the form of the criminal report, the criminal report is a duty of the police of each state, the criteria for the presentation of the criminal report by the police, the collection of information before the exercise of the criminal report, the supplementary report of the criminal report and the criminal report against the unknown person.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
