On October 31, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training under the "EU Law" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Emrush Ujkani, Expert in EU law.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: who is a citizen of the European Union, what does citizenship of the European Union include and the arguments in favor of EU citizenship and the legal provisions
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
