On October 31, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, conducted the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: causing general danger, destruction, damage and removal of public installations, destruction, damage or removal of protective equipment and jeopardizing safety in the workplace, construction without permission, illegal construction works and weapons offences.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
