Sub-module - Juvenile Justice Code - sixth session: Court decisions, legal remedies, the trial of adults for criminal offenses committed against children and the protection of child victims or witnesses

On November 7, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the first group was conducted theoretical training under the module "Juvenile Justice Code" with trainer engaged Mrs. Nesrin Lushta, judge at the Supreme Court.

During this session, the following were addressed: types and parts of court decisions (introductory part, enacting clause and decision), evaluation of evidence related to the minor's personality, evaluation of evidence related to the criminal offense, legal remedies, trial of adults for criminal offenses committed against children and the protection of children from contact with the perpetrators of the criminal offense and the office for protection and assistance to victims.

The training methodology is implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussion

Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
