On November 7, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module “Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", with the trainer engaged Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor in Prizren.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the purpose and types of measures, the procedures and conditions for the interception of electronic communications for the purposes of criminal proceedings, the storage and destruction of data and the supervision of interceptions.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
