On 04 October 2016, Kosovo Judicial Institute in cooperation with the Twinning Project "Further support to legal education reform", conducted a workshop on: "Learning by doing".
The purpose of this workshop was to gather information on participant’s expectations regarding judicial training in Kosovo and earlier identification of problems and ideas for future improvements.
On the occasion of this workshop by international experts as well as by the participants of this workshop was highlighted the importance of lifelong learning which for courts was deemed as necessary. Furthermore, participants were divided into working groups where they worked on the strategic development of human resources with adequate training and successful formats of adequate training for newly appointed judges and prosecutors, training needs assessment, means and training methods.
Participants in this workshop were trainers and KJI staff.
