November 8 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the first group of newly appointed judges (generation 9) is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Alternative procedures, with trainer Mr. Agim Maliqi, judge in the Supreme Court.
This training session is covering the following: alternative procedure of mediation, resolution of judicial disputes in criminal law area through mediation.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
