On November 15, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the first group, is conducting theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure-first part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Fejzullah Rexhepi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the judgment, the content of the judgment, announcement, drafting and submission of the judgment, correcting the judgment, the final judgment and the types of judgment.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
