On November 15, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code - general part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal - Special Department.
In the framework of the third session on the aforementioned topic, the following are being addressed: exceeding the necessary protection, extreme need, risk, avoidance of risk, exceeding the extreme need and the obligation to be exposed to risk.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
