Based on the Cooperation agreement between KJI and Magistrate School of France (ENM), on 21-25 November a judge of Basic Court – Prishtina, Serious Crime Department has stayed in France in an internship program (practical training program).
This training was oriented on corruption issues with a special emphasis on discovery, combating and prevention of corruption, so the entire training was oriented on national and international cooperation of institutions in combating corruption in discovering it and taking of proper measures for preventing corruption.
The focus of this training lay in the establishment of professional cooperation, of all institutions in the combating corruption, involving all stakeholders such as government and non-government institutions, strategy of establishing special departments for combating corruption, especially in the judiciary, prosecution, investigative agencies etc. preparation of human resources and the development of curriculums for prevention of corruption.
This program is financed by the France Embassy in Prishtina.
