On November 17, 2022, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with the USAID Program - Commercial Justice, is conducting the training on: "Mediation in Civil Aspects".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Judge from the Court of Appeal Mr. Faton Ademi and the mediator Mr. Star Zekaj.
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the easier identification of suitable subjects to be referred to in the mediation procedure.
The applied methodology is of a combined character, with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges from the Basic Court, professional associate and mediator from the region of Ferizaj.
