On November 18, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Criminal Code-special part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: endangering public traffic, driving while incapacitated or drunk, endangering public traffic with dangerous actions or means, not providing assistance to a person injured in a public traffic accident, providing assistance perpetrators after the commission of criminal offenses, false notification or report and false declarations and falsification of documents.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
