On November 25, 2022, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group is being given theoretical training under the "ECHR" module with trainer engaged Mrs. Habibe Salihu, Prosecutor at the Special Prosecutor.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, Freedom of expression, practical case: Jersild v. Denmark, Freedom of expression and the Law on Access to Public Documents as well as the Law on the Protection of Whistleblowers.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
