November 25 2022, Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training program is conducting a training on “Current practice of the Constitutional Court upon requests – appeals in the criminal area”.
Trainer engaged for this activity are: Ms. Nesrin Lushta judge in the supreme Court, Mr. Agim Maliqi judge in the Supreme Court, and Mr. Islam Sllamniku permanent judicial trainer at the Justice Academy.
Purpose of this training is to extend the participants knowledge on the permissibility of the requests, relation of the Kosovo Constitutional Court with regular Courts in the context of Constitutional provisions, experience of this court according to requests - appeals in the criminal area, and the role of the incidental control of the constitutionality.
Training methodology is combination of theoretical presentation and interactive discussion of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are judges of the appeals court and judges of the basic instance courts.
