On November 25, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is carrying out the theoretical training under the "Preliminary Procedure" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Ali Kutllovci, Judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the initial actions of the police, the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to secret investigation measures and the role of the pre-trial judge in relation to the arrest warrant.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
