Trafficking in human beings, forced prostitution, sexual abuse and rape

On November 30, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Continuous Training Program in cooperation with GIZ is conducting a training on "Trafficking in human beings, forced prostitution, sexual abuse, rape".

Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Arian Gashi, prosecutor in the Prosecution of Appeals and Mr. Shkelzen Ibrahimi, prosecutor at the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Pristina.

The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding Human Trafficking, in particular for the similarities and differences between the criminal offense of trafficking and other offenses, which have elements of this criminal offense but which in essence differ from human trafficking as well as the position of the victim of trafficking.

The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions, presenting practical cases.

Beneficiaries of this training are victim protection officers.
