December 1 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Role of the judge in preliminary procedure, with trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Basic Court in Mitrovica.
This training session, is addressing the following: the methods and conditions of the search, the authority for the search order, the order for anonymity from the public, restrictions on the search, the search without a court order and the admissibility of evidence obtained during the search.
Training methodology is interactive discussions and presentation of practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
