December 2 2022, Academy of Justice within its Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on “Role of the judge in preliminary procedure”, with trainer Mr. Ali Kutllovci judge in the Basic Court in Mitrovica.
This session is addressing the following aspects: methods and conditions of the Search, authority for search orders, the order for anonymity from the public, restrictions on search and control without a court order.
The training methodology is interactive discussions based on practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
