On December 5, 2022, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, conducted a training on: "Stages of criminal procedure"
The trainer engaged in this training is Shqipdon Fazliu, Prosecutor in the Office of the Chief State Prosecutor
The purpose of this training is to advance the knowledge of the participants regarding the investigation phase, the indictment and declaration phase, the main trial and the legal remedies.
The training focused in detailed analysis of the local legislation regarding the police authorizations for filing of criminal charges that are related to the evidence of the investigation procedure as well as the evidence before filing of the indictment.
