On September 5, 2022, within the framework of the Initial Training Program, the Academy of Justice, for the newly appointed judges of the (9th) generation for the first group, is conducting the theoretical training under the "Law of Obligations" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Rafet Haxhaj, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following topics are being addressed: Civil responsibility, the causes of material damage, the exclusion of responsibility for the damage caused and the responsibility for the actions of others.
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
