On December 6, 2022, the Academy of Justice, as part of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is conducting the theoretical training under the module "Covert measures of investigation and surveillance", with the trainer engaged Mr. Zyhdi Haziri, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: arrest as a specific measure, the proper application of CPCRK provisions when imposing these measures and the reasoning of the decision on the measure of arrest.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/20223.
