December 12 2022, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training program for the newly appointed judges is conducting the first theoretical training from the sub-module on the Administrative Law with trainer Mrs. Delushe Halimi, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: administrative procedure up to issuance of the administrative act, intermediate decisions, conclusion of the administrative act, timeline for completion of the administrative procedure foreseen with Article 98, and the tacitly approved administrative act as provided by (Article 100).
Training methodology is interactive and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
