December 12 2022, within the Initial Training program for the second group of newly appointed judges is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on Expenses and property claims with Mr. Kreshnik Radoniqi, judge in the Appeals Court.
During this session, the following are being addressed: the decision on the costs of the procedure, the payment of costs according to the fault of the person who caused them, the effect of other decisions related to the compensation of costs and the necessary costs of the defender or the authorized representative.
Training methodology is implementing practical cases as well interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
