On December 13, 2021, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, the second group of theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Judgment and its types" with trainer engaged Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of the session, court decisions in the criminal procedure and ordinances and rulings are being dealt with.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
