On December 15, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for the second group, is conducting the "Initial and Second Hearing" module, with the trainer engaged Mr. Afrim Shala, Judge of the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this topic, the following are being addressed: opposing the evidence, request for dismissal of the indictment, presentation of the amended indictment, rulings related to the request for dismissal of the indictment, second hearing, discovery of evidence by the defense, review of objections to the evidence or requests for the indictment and the appointment of the judicial review and the taking of the decision regarding the objections to the evidence or the requests for the indictment
The training methodology is being developed through an interactive and case-based method.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
