On December 16, 2022, the Academy of Justice within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the first generation, the theoretical training is being carried out under the module "Commercial Law", with the trainer engaged Mr. Mahir Tutuli, President of the Commercial Court.
In all the sessions were addressed: the meaning of being linked to insurance, contracting insurance, property insurance, damage to cause prescription.
The training methodology is being done through interactive methods and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
