On January 10, 2023, as part of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, generation nine, group II, the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
During the implementation of this session, the importance of legal writing, the characteristics of legal writing and the difference with traditional writing and legal norms that formalize the way of expressing opinions and arguments are being addressed.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases as well as with the interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
