On 10 January 2023, within the intimal training program for newly appointed judges, ninth generation, group I, is being conducted a theoretical training under the module “Family law” with the trainer engaged Mr. Valon Totaj, Appellate Judge.
Within the module “Family Law” is being treated” the meaning and objective of the family law, the nature of the legal-family relationship, the principles and sources of the family law, Family Law in Kosovo and the meaning of family.
Training methodology applied during this training consists of practical cases and elaboration of a judgment.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
