On January 10, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group II, the theoretical training under the module "Evidence in criminal procedure" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of the first session, the topics covered are: Evidence and its importance, procedural standards against human rights and freedoms when obtaining evidence, the importance of evidence in relation to the facts, the perpetrator and the sanction, the category of evidence and quality of evidence.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and interactivity.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges.
