January 11 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the second group of newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting the theoretical training from the sub-module on “Reasoning of court decisions” with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: rules for legal reasoning and application of these rules in different situations, as well as principles of legal writing.
Training methodology is applying practical cases and interactive method.
Beneficiaries of this training are 18 newly appointed judges.
