January 11 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for the first group pf newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting a theoretical training from the sub-module on The Family Law, with Trainer Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: the marital rights and its meaning, purpose, obstacles and conditions for entering matrimony, the meaning and types of the spousal rights and obligations, ways for dissolution of marriage, main principles in the divorce procedure, the meaning and importance of the obligation to provide food, meaning of the parental rights.
Training methodology is application of practical cases and exercises on how to write a judgment in this area.
Beneficiaries of this training are 29 newly appointed judges.
