11 January 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training for the first group of newly appointed judges, generation 9, is conducting theoretical training form the sub-module on uncontested procedure, with Trainer Ms. Drita Rexhaj, judge in the Appeals Court.
This training session is covering the following: regulation of personal status, removal and return of capacity to act, declaration of disappearance or death of a person and proof of death, regulation of family relations, continuation and termination of parental rights, removal and return of parental rights and granting of the permission to marry.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
