On January 12, 2023, as part of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, generation nine, group II, the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of judicial decisions" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
Within this session, the following are being addressed: legal writing in the USA is characterized by the use of the IRAC method, through which legal problems are addressed, what does IRAC represent? Identification of the issue (Problem), analysis of the Legal Norm and conclusion.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussion.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
