On January 12, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group I, the theoretical training under the module "Family Law" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: adoption and its types, organized family placement, guardianship, ways of exercising guardianship and guardianship for special cases, and for minors.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where a judgment is being made within this topic.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
