On January 12, 2023, the Academy of Justice within the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation for group II, is conducting theoretical training under the module "The role of the judge in the preliminary procedure", with the trainer engaged MR. Agim Maliqi, Judge at the Supreme Court.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the powers of the preliminary procedure judge and orders and decisions for the temporary freezing and sequestration of assets.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of whom is from the Bosnian community.
