On January 13, 2023, as part of the initial training program for the newly appointed judges of the ninth generation, group I, the theoretical training under the module "Family Law" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Valon Totaj, President of the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this training session, the following topics are being addressed: Status of the child out of marriage, objection to motherhood, objection to paternity, illegitimate children and proof of motherhood and paternity in court proceedings
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and through exercises where a mock trial is being made within this topic.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges.
