On January 13, 2023, as part of the initial training program for newly appointed judges, generation nine, group II, the theoretical training under the module "Reasoning of court decisions" is being carried out with trainer Mr. Bashkim Hyseni, judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: the right to a reasoned court decision, the methodology of drafting the criminal judgment and the reasoning of the judgment.
The training methodology is being implemented with practical cases and the interactive discussions.
Beneficiaries of the training are 18 newly appointed judges, one of them from the Bosnian community.
