On January 13 and 14, 2023, the Academy of Justice in cooperation with the American Embassy, within the framework of the Continuous Training Program, is conducting the training on: "Novelties of the Code of Criminal Procedure".
Trainers engaged in this training are: Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren, Mr. Burim Ademi, judge at the Court of Appeal, Special Department, Mr. Ali Kutllovci, judge at the Basic Court in Mitrovica, as well as Mr. Artan Qerkini, Lawyer.
The purpose of this training is for the participants to be informed of the essential novelties of the Criminal Procedure Code, which tend to make necessary and effective changes.
The training methodology is of a combined character with theoretical explanations and interactive discussions presenting practical cases.
Beneficiaries of this training are: Judges and Prosecutors of Basic level from the region of Pristina, professional associates, lawyers and defenders of victims.
