On January 24, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program, for newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the activity with the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren.
This training session is addressing the following: submission forms - Article 442, sending submissions in sufficient copies - Article 443, Penalties for written submissions or oral submissions with offensive content - Article 444 and deadlines.
The training methodology is being through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/23.
