On January 24, 2023, Academy of Justice within the Initial Training Program for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the sub-module on "Minutes" held by trainer Ms. Ikramije Bojaxhiu, Prosecutor at the Appeals Prosecution.
This training session is addressing the following: the access of the suspect and the defendant to the case documents, access of the injured party and the victim's defender to the case documents, the qualifications of interpreters or translators, the minutes of the judicial review and the minutes of the court in implementation of the special investigative opportunity.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed prosecutors 2022/23.
