On January 31, 2023, the Academy of Justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed prosecutors of the ninth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Administration of criminal procedure", with the trainer Mr. Admir Shala, Chief Prosecutor in the Basic Prosecutor's Office in Prizren.
Within this session, the following topics are being addressed: documents that must be submitted in person - Article 477, submission procedure - Article 478, electronic submission procedure - Article 479, refusal to receive the document - Article 480 and submission of documents in special circumstances - Article 481.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive discussion and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 6 newly appointed state prosecutors 2022/2023.
