On May 22, 2023, the Academy of justice, within the framework of the Initial Program, for the newly appointed judges of the tenth generation, is carrying out the theoretical training under the module "Contentious procedure - second part", with the trainer engaged Mr. Hasan Shala, Judge at the Court of Appeal.
In the framework of this session, the following are being addressed: preliminary hearing of the lawsuit, submission of the lawsuit to the plaintiff, the response to the lawsuit.
The training methodology is being developed through the interactive method and practical cases.
Beneficiaries of the training are 29 newly appointed judges, one of them is from the Bosnian community.
